FabricatingWe have shears, brake presses and a turret punch press to help in prototyping parts and in making short to medium length production runs. Equipment is available for hardware installations such as press-nuts or press-studs. |

Manual and Robotic WeldingWe do MIG and TIG welding as well as robotic welding for maximum repeatability and accuracy. We do our own robot programming on site, along with the design and development of our own welding fixtures for rapid changeover and minimal setup times. We have dedicated welding stations for larger production runs and manual and automatic bowl fed spot welding equipment. We can weld steel, stainless and aluminum. |

Powder CoatingWe have a 500', 5 stage, fully automated production powder paint line as well as manual spray booths for low volume production runs and maximum flexibility for color changes. We can coat any color or finish from high gloss to wrinkle. |
